Annual Social Club Membership - Shared Events

Social club membership is the most cost effective package offered by Brio. This option is great for clients looking to provide employees with more social events throughout the year without the need to sponsor or subsidize every occasion. This package includes:

• A members only website, customized with your company logo, for your employees to view, register and pay for Brio shared events online.
• A social club membership kit for each employee consisting of a welcome email, membership login and an invitation to your first event.
• A welcome party to launch the beginning of your new (or re-energized) corporate social club!
• Access to Brio’s shared events which are offered to the employees of all Brio clients with an annual social club membership.
• A Brio host at your welcome party and all shared events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Unlimited telephone support from the friendly Brio team during normal business hours.

Co-Sourced Social Club Membership

Do you enjoy exploring event ideas and themes with your social committee but hate the time consuming legwork required to bring ideas to fruition? Then this package is for you!

We’ll provide all the benefits outlined in Brio’s annual social club membership package plus assistance with organizing and marketing your company sponsored events. Essentially you’ll be responsible for the fun part of the event planning process - thinking up grand and creative ideas - and we’ll do whatever it takes to make it happen!

 

Fully Outsourced Social Club Management Service

Sit back, relax and sip your martini! The Brio team will eliminate all the stress with this fully outsourced management service.

We’ll work in partnership with you to develop a customized social club program. A Brio consultant will assist you to proactively manage the entire process from developing event ideas and themes for your company sponsored events to soliciting employee feedback. Of course, you’ll also receive our other services too including social club membership kits, access to Brio shared events program and your own customized event website complete with e-commerce functionality.
